I've been pretty busy lately with stuff and haven't had time to do much blogging, which doesn't make sense because I'm still studying the Bible as much or more than ever. So I might as well post what I'm studying here, right? Right!
So I'm going to make a new effort. The last time, I was digging deep into Obadiah. I've switched gears lately and gone back to an old stand-by, the Psalms.
The last couple of years, I have really lived in the Psalms. They have become my refuge in a world that has been pretty chaotic. I was drawn to them originally by their honest portrayals of the struggles of living for God. The more I have learned about them, though, the more I have realized how key they are to life as a Christian.
So tune in here, probably tomorrow or maybe Tuesday, and I'll start walking through the Psalms online. I'm not 100% sure if we'll get through all of them, but hopefully together we'll start to see them in a whole new, very relevant way.
